The third and final round of the Practice Bootcamp took place on October 1, 2025, at Kateb University’s Central Building, featuring even broader participation and more intense competition than previous rounds. Serving as the last public rehearsal before the official ICPC finals, this round hosted 22 highly skilled teams from public and private universities across the country, creating an atmosphere filled with motivation, intellectual challenge, and academic camaraderie.
In his opening address, Mr. Mohammad Dawood Frotan welcomed all participants and acknowledged the remarkable progress teams had demonstrated throughout the three rounds. He stated:
“Each bootcamp round is not merely a competition—it is a bridge between learning and real-world application. Today, you are not only battling with code but also confronting mental and team-based challenges—the very skills the real world demands from you.”
He reiterated Kateb University’s steadfast support for young talent and its dedication to elevating the standard of academic competitions nationwide. This round was also held in the Computer Science Department’s laboratory at Kateb University’s Central Building (Darulaman Road).
Results of this trial round were announced as follows:
-1st Place: RuntimeTerror – Ghurjistan University
-2nd Place: Avatar – Ghurjistan University
-3rd Place: Baseball – Kardan University
At the close of the program, Mr. Frotan offered heartfelt congratulations to the top teams and expressed sincere gratitude to all participants for their dynamic engagement and competitive spirit. He expressed his hope that this experience would prove impactful—not only as a preparatory stage but as an integral part of each student’s academic journey—contributing meaningfully to their success in the upcoming ICPC finals and beyond.
